Property Management 
(2^nd floor, 219 Fort York Blvd., Toronto, ON  M5V 1B1)

The Management Office is located on the 2^nd floor, just east of the fitness centre.  While the office is open Monday to Friday, staff may be out of the office in performance of their duties.  If you cannot reach management staff at the above listed number during business hours, please call the Security Desk to contact management, or after hours for an emergency.

Security -

Waterparkcity employs 24-hour Security staff.

Board of Directors –

Waterparkcity’s Board of Directors consists of five elected members who volunteer their time to administer the business of our condominium corporation.  Just like you, they are residents or owners who consider this their home.  They can not perform Director duties as individuals, so the Board meets regularly with the Property Manager, whom they employ to manage the property on a day to day basis.  If you want to contact the Board you may send an email to the Property Manager at the address listed below and the Board will be notified and will discuss the issue at their next regularly scheduled meeting (usually monthly).  A sealed envelope, addressed to the Board and marked “confidential”, may be left at the Property Management office on the 2^nd floor, or at the Security Desk.  It will be delivered to the Board and will be dealt with as mentioned above.
