Waterparkcity, with more than 490 condos, was ready for occupancy in the Spring of 2005.  A year later, phase two (Atlantis and Aquarius) was established, with whom we share some facilities. Currently phase three (Neptune 1 and 2) is being built.  Two convenient streetcars are located steps from the front door – the 511 Bathurst Station and the 509 Union Station.  You’ll enjoy our amenities, like the fitness centre and the swimming pool/spa in the Oasis Club.  The 8^th floor rooftop terrace includes an outdoor hot tub and several gas BBQ’s.  There is a multi-purpose room on the main floor, which includes a billiard table and kitchenette, and a board room and business area on the second floor.
